Concept design
Layouts, building form and site response are explored. We refine the preferred design with you until the direction is resolved.
Consultant coordination
Surveyors, engineers, energy assessors, planners and specialist consultants are briefed and coordinated as required.
Approval submission
DA, CDC or CC documentation is prepared and lodged with council, the NSW Planning Portal or your certifier. We respond to requests for information.
Construction documentation
Detailed drawings and schedules are completed for approval, builder pricing and construction, with coordinated consultant information.
